Contribution to the Circular Economy and Recycling Technologies
Regaining the value of plastic waste is the key to a sustainable future. With this awareness, we develop special chain extenders, compatibilizers, and antioxidants in our R&D center that improve the mechanical and aesthetic properties of recycled polymers (PCR/PIR), restoring their initial performance. Furthermore, with our masterbatch series fully compatible with biodegradable and bio-based polymers such as PLA and PBAT, we provide direct technological infrastructure for the industry's compostable packaging goals and enable our customers to reduce their environmental footprint.
Energy Efficiency, Carbon Footprint, and Clean Processes
At our modern facility in the Bursa Pilot Organized Industrial Zone, we focus on the conservation of natural resources and energy efficiency. Through our highly automated machinery park, we continuously reduce our carbon emissions per unit of production. Thanks to the chemical blowing agents and polymer lightweighting technologies we have developed, we enable our business partners to produce lighter plastic parts with less raw material, directly contributing to the global reduction of logistics-induced carbon emissions.
Low VOC Emissions and Safe Chemicals
Production sensitive to human health and the environment is Colorex's uncompromising red line. We select all our raw materials in full compliance with REACH, RoHS, and Food Contact regulations. By using heavy metal-free pigments and eco-friendly additives with low VOC emissions, we ensure maximum safety both on production lines and for the end user. While Colorex empowers the industry with the high value-added products it manufactures today, it will continue to reshape polymer chemistry for a cleaner world of tomorrow.
