What is Desiccant / Anti-Gas Masterbatch?
We produce high-performance anti-gas and desiccant systems to eliminate pores, voids, and surface defects encountered in plastic processing, especially in the use of recycled polymers and moisture-sensitive raw materials. The high-purity active calcium oxide components in our formulations chemically bind the moisture within the polymer melt, preventing gas and vapor formation at high temperatures. Recommended Dosage
- In standard productions with low moisture content: 1.0% - 2.0%
- In film extrusion (to prevent tearing and fish eyes): 1.5% - 3.0%
- In processing high-moisture and recycled (PCR/PIR) materials: 2.0% - 5.0%
